Gluten Free, Dairy Free Apple Brownies

1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
2 TBSP coconut oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin and More mix
2 TBSP cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Singing Dog Vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 grated apples


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease an oven safe 8×8 dish.

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil – allow to cool.

Mix in eggs, Muffin & More Mix, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking powder, salt and coconut sugar.

Add/fold in 2 grated apples to the batter.

Pour the batter into your greased oven dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
