Josieโs Best GF Crepe Mix (prepared per instructions on the bag)

Spicy cheese of your choice (like pepper jack or spicy gouda)

Fresh Marionberries (or any seasonal berries you love)

Instructions

Make the Crepes
Prepare your crepes using Josieโs Best GF Crepe Mix, following the instructions on the bag. Cook one side until lightly golden, then flip. -
Add the Cheese & Berries
Once flipped, place two slices of spicy cheese on one half of the crepe. Add 6โ8 fresh Marionberries on top, then layer with two more slices of cheese. -
Fold & Smash
Fold the crepe over itself and gently press down with a spatula to warm the cheese and gently smash the berries. -
Serve
Slide the crepe off the skillet and onto your plate. Finish with a drizzle of local honeyโitโs the perfect touch of sweetness!
