Below you will find some simple step by step crepe making instructions on how to make crepes. As with all of our gluten free mixes, Josie’s Best GF Crepe mix works well with traditional eggs and milk or plant-based alternatives making them a great option for egg free, milk free, or vegan crepes.

What you’ll need:

1 cup of Josie’s Best GF Crepe Mix or 1 entire single use packet
1 large egg (or proportionate egg alternative)
½ cup + 2 tsp water
½ cup milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla
Cooking oil or spray 
8-12 inch nonstick skillet
Mixing Bowl
Whisk
Stiff spatula
Heat source
