What you’ll need:
1 cup of Josie’s Best GF Crepe Mix or 1 entire single use packet
1 large egg (or proportionate egg alternative)
½ cup + 2 tsp water
½ cup milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla
Cooking oil or spray
8-12 inch nonstick skillet
