1 cup Josie’s Best Pancake Mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix egg, yogurt, and vanilla well.

Gently fold in pancake mix, don’t over mix. This batter will be quick thick.

Allow to rest while you heat up your pancake pan
