How to make Gluten Free Crepes

Crepes are a weekend breakfast regular in our family and often a weekday as well! You do not have a special pan or any special skills! With a little practice and Josie’s Best Gluten Free Crepe Mix you will be making perfect gluten free crepes in no time!

Josie’s Best GF Crepe mix works well with traditional eggs and milk or plant-based alternatives making them a great option for a wide variety of dietary needs.

What you’ll need:

1 cup of Josie’s Best GF Crepe Mix or 1 entire single use packet
1 large egg (or proportionate egg alternative)
½ cup + 2 tsp water
½ cup milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla
Cooking oil or spray 
8-12 inch nonstick skillet
Mixing Bowl
Whisk
Stiff spatula
Heat source
