Ingredients
2 large eggs(or proportionateย egg alternative)
ยผ cup oil
ยพ cupย milk of choice
ยฝ tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Heat up your waffle iron(medium heat).
Cook waffles as usual.
Top with melted butter, syrup, seeds of choice (pumpkin seeds shown here) and more cinnamon!
