Gluten Free Moroccan Inspired Waffles, meet your next Brunch Waffles!  First, make a batch of Josie’s Best GF waffle mix.  Next, add some orange, cinnamon, and vanilla flavors.  Last, top with some chopped dates after cooking.  This gluten free waffle recipe also makes a nice twist on a classic Sunday breakfast! 1 cup The Waffle Mix
2 large eggs(or proportionate egg alternative)
¼ cup oil
¾ cup milk of choice
½ tsp vanilla
1 small orange worth of orange zest (about 1 tsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3-4 chopped dates


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Heat up your waffle iron(medium heat).

Cook waffles as usual.

Top with melted butter, syrup, seeds of choice (pumpkin seeds shown here) and more cinnamon!
