Gluten Free Fruit Salsa Crepes

These gluten free crepes are 10/10 fun times, easy, and totally adjustable for favorite fruit and toppings! A great idea for a gluten free holiday brunch or any special day! You could even do a crepe bar with these, make all the crepes a head of time, lay out all of the toppings and let your guests fill and top their crepes! Enjoy 🫶Josie

Ingredients

1 cup batch JBGF crepes ready to eat
4 -5 strawberries
Handful of grapes
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup honeydew melon
Slice of lime
1 tsp agave syrup
1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Extra optional toppings:
More limes
Dried coconut
Cinnamon sugar
Siete Foods Churro chips

Instructions

Make your crepes following the instructions on the back of the mix.

Chop the strawberries, grapes, and melon, add the raspberries, squeeze of lime and agave and
mix gently. Set aside.

Lay a crepe out and spread a thin layer of the yogurt.

Add a hearty helping of the fruit salsa and roll the crepe up.

We topped ours with ALL the extra toppings.
