Gluten Free Spiced Pumpkin Bread is such a festive, tasty sweet bread to enjoy during the fall and winter months. ย Perfectly moist and delicious, I love the spice combinations here; notably the cardamom which is (gasp) a bit expensive to purchase. ย However; cardamom is also potent and you don’t need much so it does last and the depth of flavor is really worth it. ย This is my favorite cardamom to purchase from Amazon. ย I topped this gluten free pumpkin bread with a cream cheese topping and candied ginger. ย 10/10 it was gobbled up in a day! Ingredients

2 cups Josie’s Best Muffin & More Mix
2 tsp baking powder
ยฝ tsp baking soda
ยฝ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
ยผ tsp each of ground ginger, ground cloves, ground cardamom
1 cup brown sugar
ยฝ cup melted butter
1 cup of pumpkin
1/4 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 and line a 8×8 or loaf pan with parchment paper.

Combine: Muffin and More, baking powder, baking soda, salt, all the spices, and sugar.

Add: melted butter, pumpkin, milk, eggs, and vanilla and combine in a few swift strokes.

Pour: into your prepared pan and cook for about 35-40 mins until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out with only a few moist crumbs.

Frost with the very best Whipped Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting!
