Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Pancakes

This gluten free recipe is for all those peanut butter cup fans! Sweet, salty, chocolate fluffy pancakes are definitely a treat you will devour!  Don’t be deterred by the Peanut Butter Syrup it’s fast and easy to make and WELL worth it! Add some chocolate to your pancakes and you have a dessert-fast (that’s breakfast and dessert combined 🙂 ) that’s drool worthy! Enjoy 🫶 Josie

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 3-6 minutes

1 Josie’s Best single-use Pancake Packet
2 large eggs
2 TBS oil
1/2 cup milk of choice
Peanut Butter Syrup
1 bittersweet chocolate bar(chopped)


Mix: Eggs, oil, milk of choice until frothy. Add the entire single-use Pancake Packet  and gently mix in.

Then: Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the pancake batter.

Allow the batter to rest 5 minutes.

Heat: lightly greased skillet to medium heat.

Cook like pancakes: low and slow so you don’t burn the chocolate.

Top with that peanut butter syrup + more chocolate! Enjoy!
