Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Pancakes

This gluten free recipe is for all those peanut butter cup fans! Sweet, salty, chocolate fluffy pancakes are definitely a treat you will devour! ย Don’t be deterred by the Peanut Butter Syrupย it’s fast and easy to make and WELL worth it! Add some chocolate to your pancakes and you have a dessert-fast (that’s breakfast and dessert combined ๐Ÿ™‚ ) that’s drool worthy! Enjoy ๐Ÿซถ Josie

Ingredients

1 cup pancake mixย 
2 large eggs
2 TBS oil
1/2 cup milk of choice
Peanut Butter Syrup
1 bittersweet chocolate bar(chopped)

Instructions

Mix: Eggs, oil, and ย milk of choice until frothy. Add pancake mixย  and gently mix in.

Then: Gently fold the chocolate pieces into the pancake batter.

Allow the batter to rest 5 minutes.

Heat: lightly greased skillet to medium heat.

Cook like pancakes: low and slow so you don’t burn the chocolate.

Top with that peanut butter syrup + more chocolate! Enjoy!
