Gluten Free Crepes with Cranberry Curd

Our gluten free crepes with Cranberry Curd recipe is delicious and festive!  The beautiful red color of the cranberry curd paired with some whip cream is a real stunner for a holiday brunch!  The cranberry curd can be made ahead making this an easy gluten free recipe to pull together.  Cranberry Curd is just like lemon curd but with a slightly less tangy, smooth flavor.  Paired with the sweet, cool whipped cream it’s really a wonderful flavor combination.  We added some pomegranates to our plates but you can certainly use any berry you want.  Enjoy this special gluten free crepe plate at your next brunch~ Josie

Ingredients

2 cup batch of Josie’s Best GF Crepes per the instructions

1 Batch of our Cranberry Curd slightly cooled

Whipped Cream

Pomegranates Berries of Choice

Instructions

Fill and roll each crepe with a dollop of the cranberry curd and whipped cream.  Roll them up and top with more whipped cream, cranberry curd, and pomegranates.
