Instructions

Make the Crepes
Prepare your crepes using Josie’s Best GF Crepe Mix, following the instructions on the bag. Cook one side until lightly golden, then flip. -
Add the Cheese & Berries
Once flipped, place two slices of spicy cheese on one half of the crepe. Add 6–8 fresh Marionberries on top, then layer with two more slices of cheese. -
Fold & Smash
Fold the crepe over itself and gently press down with a spatula to warm the cheese and gently smash the berries. -
Serve
