I’ve made these loaves as gifts for friends and family as well as brought them to holiday gatherings. Gluten Free Cranberry Bread is always in my holiday meal plan.  Enjoy 🫶

Josie’s quick homemade cranberry sauce:

Add rinsed cranberries, juice from the orange, and sugar to a pot and simmer on low heat, stirring often, until the berries start to burst and the sauce is nice and thick.  Add additional sugar to taste.  Allow to cool and enjoy!
