Ingredients
About 4 cups of Josie’s Best GF Cooked Waffles chopped into bite size pieces (we used 5 waffles)
2 eggs
1 cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup cane sugar
Quarter Sheet Baking Pan
Parchment Paper
Instructions
Cook up 5 waffles. Once they are cooled, chop them into bit size pieces and set aside.
Mix Eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar well in a large bowl.
Add chopped waffle pieces and toss to coat.
Allow the mixture to sit while you preheat your oven to 350.
Line your quarter sheet baking pan with parchment paper.
Spread the waffle mixture out on a parchment baking sheet.
Bake for 30 mins. Until there is no liquid, and the waffles are dry on top but still feel spongy.
