Gluten Free Apple Muffins
(Vegan too!)
This is a super simple recipe that uses apple sauce to replace eggs.  We capitalize on that nice apple flavor and add some cozy spices that really bring it to life!  These gluten free vegan muffins are moist and buttery (without using butter 😉).  My oil of choice in the recipe would be coconut  or avocado but you can certainly use any oil you prefer!  We use our muffin and more mix as a base which is a certified gluten free 1:1 flour blend. These muffins will come together in a snap, make the kitchen smell great, and disappear quickly!  Enjoy our Gluten Free Apple Muffins 🫶 Josie
