  • 1-2 Cups of prepared Josie’s Best GF Waffle Mix (don’t add vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can of mild hatch chilis (or Jalapeño if you want extra spice)
  • 1 tsp of your favorite taco or hot sauce


Prepare 1-2 cups of Josie’s Best GF Waffle Mix as back of directions state. (reminder:do not add in the vanilla)

Add and mix in the cheese and chilis to the waffle mix.

Spray your waffle iron, fill and cook as normal!

Fill it with all your favorite savory items.. eggs, bacon maybe avocado – and add the taco sauce!
