👉🏼Gluten Free & Vegan Peanut Butter Banana M 👉🏼Gluten Free & Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Muffins⁣😍🍌Ingredients1 ½ cups Muffin & More Mix1 ½ tsp baking powder⁣½ tsp baking soda⁣¼ tsp salt⁣½ tsp cinnamon⁣1 tsp vanilla⁣½ cup brown sugar⁣¼ cup creamy peanut butter⁣¼ cup oat milk⁣3-4 large mashed bananas⁣Chocolate chips (optional)⁣🍌InstructionsPreheat oven to 350, line muffin tins with paper liners.⁣⁣Mix Muffin & More, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.⁣⁣In a separate bowl mix sugar, peanut butter, milk and mashed bananas until smooth.⁣⁣Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and fold in until fully incorporated, but don’t over do it.⁣⁣Add about 1/3 cup batter per muffin tin to evenly fill a dozen muffins. Optional: Top with chocolate chips!⁣⁣Bake for about 25 mins or until a toothpick comes out with only a few moist crumbs.⁣
