Once you take one bite, you’ll go back for more – and more! These brownie blondies are incredible, you’ll love them!
6 TBS Earth Balance butter (or regular salted)
3/4 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 TBS cocoa powder
2 TBS water
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Heat butter in a saucepan and warm until melted and starting to brown. Set aside and let cool.
In another bowl, mix Muffin & More, baking powder, salt.
Back to the slightly cooled butter saucepan, add sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour the butter mixture into the flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
Pour ½ of the batter into a parchment lined 9×9 baking dish.
Into the other ½ of the batter add the cocoa powder and water. Mix to combine.
Pour the rest of the batter on top of the blondie batter and swirl around to gently combined the two batters.
Bake for 25 – 30 mins. until the batter is cooked through.
Allow to cool before enjoying!
