These are super delicious-our family can tolerate peanut butter(we have tree nut allergies) BUT you can use any nut or seed butter that works for you here!⁣

1 ½ cups Muffin & More Mix

1 ½ tsp baking powder⁣

½ tsp baking soda⁣

¼ tsp salt⁣

½ tsp cinnamon⁣

1 tsp vanilla⁣

½ cup brown sugar⁣

¼ cup creamy peanut butter⁣

¼ cup oat milk⁣

3-4 large mashed bananas⁣

Chocolate chips (optional)⁣


Preheat oven to 350, line muffin tins with paper liners.⁣

Mix Muffin & More, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and set aside.⁣

In a separate bowl mix sugar, peanut butter, milk and mashed bananas until smooth.⁣

Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and fold in until fully incorporated, but don’t over do it.⁣

Add about 1/3 cup batter per muffin tin to evenly fill a dozen muffins. Optional: Top with chocolate chips!⁣

Bake for about 25 mins or until a toothpick comes out with only a few moist crumbs.⁣
