Yogurt Pancakes

This stack of extra fluffy-fluffers is brought to you by yogurt – that’s right! These are really fluffy, slightly marshmallow-ish inside with a little tang! Super yummy!

Ingredients

1 cup Josie’s Best Pancake Mix
1 large egg
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup water (maybe a bit more depending on your desired consistency- if using Greek yoghurt use about 1/2 of water)

Instructions

Mix egg, yoghurt, and water well.

Gently fold in pancake mix, don’t over mix and let it be slightly lumpy.

Allow to rest while you heat up your pancake pan

Cook like pancakes and enjoy!
