You could say we’re a little biased when it comes to waffles—the “Be happy. Be kind. Eat waffles.” might give it away. But we can’t help but do a happy dance when our gluten free waffle mix cooks up like a dream. What do we mean by that? We did the hard work, so you don’t have to. When following the ingredient ratios on the bag, the result is a batter that’s the perfect consistency for fluffy golden waffles with a slight crisp to the edges (the only kind of crust we like). Top it with maple syrup or whipped cream and you’ve got a restaurant-worthy meal. If you’ve been missing waffles for allergies, this one’s for you. Gluten free, milk free, egg free, tree nut free, peanut free, and soy free, it’s got you covered. Oh, and did we mention suitable for vegan diets, too? Just sub the egg and milk for your favorite vegan products. Welcome back, breakfast.
Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Organic Cane Sugar, Arrowroot Starch, Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate) Salt, and Xanthan Gum
Mix all ingredients well. Batter should be smooth and may appear slightly thinner than conventional waffle mix. The batter will thicken as it stands! Heat waffle iron to desired temperature(medium cook preferred). Add batter to waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

We waffle quite a bit. We mix it up between home made mixes and store bought. Strolled into Food 4 Less and a nice woman and her daughter were there giving out free samples. The great taste of these waffles hit my taste buds and I had to have a bag. Grabbed one and didn’t even read all the great things on the label. My wife did, and was doubtful of the feast we were about to consume. Needless to say our breakfast dinner on a Wednesday was made memorable thanks to this mix. I will be recommending this anytime and making it for friends and family whenever I get a chance. Thank you for the free sample at the store! You now have a family of 4 hooked.

These waffles are the best waffles. They are light & crisp. I will purchase Josie’s GF Waffle Mix again. This time I will purchase the bulk 5lb Waffle mix. My daughter has allergies to eggs, dairy, gluten. When we taste it, it’s delicious. Thank you Josie for the best GF Waffle mix.
I think this is better than non-GF! I am also dairy sensitive and ran out of alternate milks so I used water and I actually think it was even better! a little more crispy I think which is what I like.
My husband (who is not celiac) kept asking if the waffles were Gluten free ????. He couldn’t believe they were, the flavor and texture are so on point. Excellent product. I recommend them to everyone.
Waffles with flavor! Enhanced with real maple syrup. Wow!
These are the best gluten free waffle mix. When I find the best, I don’t need to try another.
Very fluffy & delicious.
These are seriously the best gf waffles!! These are delicious gf or not! By far the absolute best we have tried!
This mix with its published recipe is so much better than my usual recipe. I made the 2c of mix recipe on the 5lb package. The batter was thinner and very easy to use w/ my waffle iron compared to my other attempts with other recipes and mixes. I was almost out of milk so 1/3 of the milk was buttermilk. The waffles were fantastic.
