Add this sauce to your favorite stack or crepes! Enjoy!
2 ripe D’Anjou pears chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
3 TBSP unsalted butter of choice
1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 TBSP Sugar
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and simmer while stirring occasionally.
The sauce is done when it looks like a chunky applesauce about 20 minutes.
You can squish/chop up the pears a bit as you stir if you’d like a less chunky sauce.
