1 cup Josie’s Best Muffin & More Mix
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
Mix all ingredients together in a gallon size ziplock bag.
Cut fish to desired size- for fish tacos we like bit size pieces and a mild white fleshed fish like cod or tilapia.
Gently add the fish to the ziplock bag, shake to coat.
Remove the fish for the bag and shake to remove any excess flour.
Either fry the fish on the stove with oil OR air fry for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Serve with all your favorite fish taco toppings, enjoy!
