1 batch of Josie’s Best GF Waffle Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 TBSP maple syrup


Cook you waffles like normal & set to the side.

Mix: eggs, plain yogurt and maple syrup well.

Take your yogurt mix and spread it over your cooked waffles.

Top with your favorite berries or chocolate.

Bake at 350 until custard is set and not jiggly(about 15 mins)
