Gluten Free Sweet Potato Waffle

We have been LOVING this gluten free sweet potato waffle recipe, a savory little gluten free delight! Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Lower Carb. The dash of cumin adds such a nice earthiness to the flavor profile and goes perfectly with the sweet potatoes.  We enjoyed ours with a dollop of plain yogurt, some green onions, and Mama Lil’s Peppers. If you have not tried these peppers I highly recommend! You can also make these waffles sweet with some butter and maple syrup; add any topping of choice and enjoy! Cook like a regular waffle & add your favorite toppings, enjoy!
