We’ve made this recipe a million times!  So easy and delicious, make sure you use a pan with high sides and that it heats up fully in the oven!   Made with Josie’s Best Gluten Free Muffin and More Mix.

SERVINGS 1 PANCAKE
PREP TIME 30 MINUTES
COOK TIME 16 MINUTES
PASSIVE TIME 15 MINUTES

Place butter in an oven-safe skillet (I used 10 inch)

Place skillet in cold oven and turn the oven on to 400

Beat eggs very well in large bowl until slightly frothy.

Add milk, beat well. Slowly add in Muffin and More Mix and salt, so they incorporate completely.

Carefully open (now preheated) oven and pour batter into hot skillet.  (use oven mitts &  keep face away from hot butter!)

Cook for about 15 minutes or until the bottom is set and edges are tall and slightly browned.

This will get really puffy and impressive in the oven! If your dutch baby has not puffed up at 15mins. leave it in for 2-3 more mins and then check it again.

Serve with powdered sugar and lemon
