Gluten Free Egg Free Pancakes

Using flax seed and water creates the perfect egg replacer! Have you tried it? It’s an easy way to quickly whip up a batch of your favorite gluten free stacks egg free! 1 cup of Josie’s Best GF Pancake Dry Mix or (1) single-use packet.
2 TBS flax seed & 6 TBSP water
2 TBS oil
1/2 cup of milk of choice


Mix the flax seed & water in jar or small container and set aside for 3-5 minutes.

In a bowl, add oil and milk of choice and mix well. Once your flax seed has finished “sitting” add that into the bowl and mix until incorporated.

Gently add your pancake mix and mix.

Allow your batter to rest for 2-5 minutes before cooking.

Cook like pancakes, enjoy!
