1 Sourdough Boule chopped into 1/2 inch squares
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
About ¼ cup of olive oil (or avocado)
Heat oil on a large frying pan until very hot and just starting to pop.
Add bread and spices and toss to coat well.
Fry for about 8-10 mins total tossing every few minutes to check for doneness.
The croutons are done when they are well toasted and golden brown.
Allow to cool and add to your favorite salad, soup, or just as a snack like my kids do!
