Ingredients
- 2 cups of Josie’s Best GF Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup plain pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (we used almond)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of oil of choice
Instructions
Mix pumpkin, coconut sugar, your milk of choice, cinnamon and oil of choice in a bowl.
Add in Josie’s Best GF Waffle Mix, mix gently.
Spray some oil to the waffle iron.
Cook a tad longer then you normally would our waffles.
Get out the syrup, whip, pecans.. whatever you wish! AND dive INTO Pumpkin Waffle Heaven!
