We have a basic cobbler recipe for you.. easy to switcherrrroooo and make it your own! We went for a Blueberry Cobbler.. but change out the fruit to anything you’d like! Enjoy!

Ingredients
The Topping:
- 1 1/2 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 4 TBS very cold butter
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2/3 cup of milk
The Filling:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1/2 lemon juiced and zest
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
The Filling:
Toss all ingredients together and put them in a baking dish.
The Topping:
Mix Muffin and More, salt, sugar, and baking powder together. Grate very cold butter on top and toss to mix. Add milk and gently mix till just combined.
Drop in large spoonfuls of the topping on top of your favorite cobble filling.
Bake for about 45 mins until the fruit is bubbling and the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
