Whipped Vanilla Filling
Perfect filling and topping for pancakes, waffles and crepes! Simply make your stacks and fill them or top them with this amazing, creamy vanilla goodness! Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 8oz package cream cheese(room temperature)
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ cup Singing Dog Vanilla Organic Vanilla Syrup
½ pint heavy whipping cream
Pinch of salt
1 Jar
Instructions
In a stand up mixer fitted with the whisk attachment beat the cream cheese until very smooth (about 2
mins).
Add the vanilla extract and vanilla syrup. Mix again, starting slow and bringing up to full speed to avoid
splashing.
Once the vanilla(s) are fully incorporated, keep the mixer going and add the heavy whipped cream and pinch of salt.
Mix until the cream is fairly stiff(the topping will hold the trails of the whisk)
Enjoy!
Store any unused filling in the jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator.
