This is a very fast(yummy) & easy way to feed a group! Add your favorite trail mix toppings, bake, slice and enjoy!
Make up a 2 cup batch of Josie’s Best GF pancakes, add 1 1/2 tsp of the fall spice blend.
Evenly spread into a parchment lined 9×13 rectangle baking dish and top with your favorite toppings!
We used GF rice cereal, GF pretzels, and chocolate chips!
Bake 350 for about 15 mins until just cooked through.
Allow to cool and slice.
We topped with a little dairy free whip and it was delicious!
