Sweetened only with maple syrup and blueberries & also DF, Refined sugar free, GF! Bake these healthy Oatmeal muffins today!

2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup of maple syrup
1 cup oat milk
2 TBS avocado oil
1 cup gf cert. oats
1 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup blueberries


Preheat Oven: 350

Mix: eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, maple syrup,  oat milk, & avocado oil.

Add: Oats, Muffin and More, baking powder, salt.

Mix: until just combine and then gently fold in blueberries.

Fill: lined or greased muffin tins ¾ full

Bake: for 17-20 mins depending on the size of the muffin tins.
