Ingredients

3/4 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix
3/4 cup slightly crushed Savor By Suzie Sea Salt Pretzels
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/4/ cup brown sugar
1cup + 2 TBSP melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter (or any seed or nut butter of your choice)
1 cup Savor By Suzie Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Instructions

Line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix Muffin & More, crushed sea salt pretzels, baking powder, baking soda, salt and brown sugar in a bowl.

Add 1 cup melted coconut oil and vanilla, mix well.

Spread mixture into your lined baking dish.

On the stove, melt remaining 2 TBSP melted coconut oil and chocolate chips. Let cool slightly.

Spread peanut butter on top of the mixture in your baking dish.

Pour and spread melted chocolate evenly on top of the peanut butter.

Top with Dark or Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels.

Refrigerate uncovered for at least 4 hours & then enjoy!
