Gluten Free Savory Crepes
Use up leftovers in your fridge with this gluten free savory crepe recipe. There’s tons of combinations of how you can make these gluten free crepes. ย For the crepe pictured we had some left over sautรฉed mushrooms, boiled potatoes, a green pepper that was looking sad, and some cherry tomatoes that had been sitting around for a few days.
First, make batch of Josie’s Best GF Crepesย while you sautรฉ and season your veggies. ย Then I like to spread a cool, tangy base of either plain yogurt or sour creme on the bottom of the crepe. ย Top with your veggies and hot sauce (if you like!). ย Roll up your crepe and voila! You’ve made savory crepes at home while using what you had available!

Chopped and sautรฉed veggies
Plain yogurt or Sour Creme
Your favorite Hot sauce
Instructions
Cook your crepe per our instructions.
Add a base of either plain yogurt or sour creme
Top with the veggies and hot sauce
Use the “pocket style” fold and enjoy!
