Gluten Free Oatmeal Muffins

Gluten Free Oatmeal Muffins sweetened only with maple syrup and blueberries.  Dairy Free, refined sugar free, and of course gluten free! Bake these healthy Oatmeal muffins today! Enjoy! ~ Josie

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup of maple syrup
1 cup oat milk
2 TBS avocado oil
1 cup gf cert. oats
1 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup blueberries

Instructions

Preheat Oven: 350

Mix: eggs, vanilla, lemon juice, maple syrup,  oat milk, & avocado oil.

Add: Oats, Muffin and More, baking powder, salt.

Mix: until just combine and then gently fold in blueberries.

Fill: lined or greased muffin tins ¾ full

Bake: for 17-20 mins depending on the size of the muffin tins.
