Ingredients
1 ¼ cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin and More Mix
1 cup GF Certified old fashion oats
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup vanilla or other flavored yogurt (we used a DF brand)
1 egg
¼ cup maple syrup
Fruit or berries of choice
Instructions
Preheat Oven to 350.
Mix Muffin and More, oats, salt, and baking powder.
Add Yogurt, egg, and maple syrup and mix well.
Drop by tablespoons (or a cookie scooper) onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Top with the fruit or berries you would like (stick them in a bit)
Bake for about 15 mins. until cooked through.
