🍒G.F Cherries & Cream muffins. These come toget 🍒G.F Cherries & Cream muffins. These come together very quickly and are a real crowdpleaser- substitute the cherries for any fresh berries you love. 💕Ingredients8 oz softened (room temp) cream cheese2 eggs1 tsp vanilla½ cup sugar1 cup Josie’s Best GF Muffin & More Mix¼ tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 cup halved and deseeded cherriesInstructionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix cream cheese and sugar very well until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs mix well.In a separate bowl mix Muffin and More, salt, and baking powder.Add dry mixture to wet and combine gently until no streaks of the dry mix remain.Fold in cherries.Fill lined muffin tins and cook for about 25 mins until tops spring back and a toothpick inserted into themiddle of one comes out with only a few moist crumbs.#glutenfreebaking #glutenfreerecipes #glutenfreemuffins #glutenfreefamily
