Gluten Free Dairy Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten Free Dairy Free Cookies with chocolate & chocolate chips, these are double chocolatey and double delicious! The avocado oil is really the key to making these cookies dairy free!  I do not recommend using a different oil in this recipe.  This is my favorite avocado oil to use.  This gluten free recipe comes together very quickly and easily.  Enjoy! 🫶 Josie

Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 cup of avocado oil
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 TBS cocoa powder
¾ cup Josie’s Best Muffin & More Mix
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350.

Mix egg, oil, sugar and vanilla well.

In a separate bowl mix baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and Muffin & More.

Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined and then fold in chocolate chips.

Bake for about 12 mins until the edges of the cookie are set.

Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 2-3 mins before removing and cooling completely on a wire cooling rack.
