Dairy Free & Gluten Free, these double chocolate chip cookies are a hit!

1/3 cup of avocado oil
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 TBS cocoa powder
¾ cup Josie’s Best Muffin & More Mix
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat Oven to 350.
Mix egg, oil, sugar and vanilla well.
In a separate bowl mix baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and Muffin & More.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined and then fold in chocolate chips.
Bake for about 12 mins until the edges of the cookie are set.
Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 2-3 mins before removing and cooling completely on a wire cooling rack.
