Ingredients
1 cup Josie’s Best GF Waffle Mix
½ cup aquafaba (bean juice)
½ cup oat milk
2 TBSP oil of choice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup shredded carrots
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well.
Cook in preheated, lightly oiled waffle iron.
Top and enjoy!
