Yummy in the tummy! Vegan banana pancakes complete any weekend!
1 cup Josie’s Best GF Pancake Mix
1 large banana mashed
1/2 cup (+ 2TBS depending on the size of your banana) plant based milk
2 TBS oil
1/tsp vanilla (optional)
Mix all wet ingredients well.
Fold in the Pancake Mix.
Cook like regular pancakes – enjoy!
