Best Gluten-Free Cornbread Recipe
Made with Josie’s Best Gluten Free Pancake Mix.
SERVINGS 12 SQUARES
PREP TIME 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME 25 MINUTES
PASSIVE TIME 10 MINUTES
- 3/4 cup Josie’s Best GF pancake mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup fine ground cornmeal
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1TBS Sugar (can sub coconut sugar)
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup milk (can be Dairy free)
- 4 TBS melted Butter (olive oil for DF)
- Wisk dry ingredients together.
- Wisk wet ingredients together very well.
- Add dry to wet and mix well.
- Allow to rest for about 10 mins.
- Put in parchment lined 8×8 pan
- Cook at 375 for 20-25 mins
* can do some add ins like cheddar cheese, blueberries, green chilies – fold in after step 3!
