A. Josie’s Breakfast Club lets you choose your mixes and extras each month to make sure you never run low on your breakfast essentials. Save Time & Money! Adjust, change frequency, cancel after your 3-shipment minimum has been met– it’s your breakfast plan!
Q. Why the 3-shipment minimum requirement?
A. We are able to offer these discounts based on volume. It is not intended as a one time discount, but a convenience plan that we can offer our loyal customers some value with.
Q. How do I create an account?
A. If you don’t have an existing account, your account will be created for you from your first order! Find your “Welcome to your Josie’s Best Account” email to learn more!
Q. How can I check my order or manage my subscription?
A. You can easily check your order and make changes to subscriptions by logging into your My Account Page.
Q. Can I change my order before my next box ships out?
A. Yes! Log into your My Account Page and update at least 3 days before your next box processes and you’re good to go!
Q. When does my box ship?
A. Your first box will ship out 2-3 days from the date you originally placed your order. Then depending on your plan, it will ship out every 1 month, 2 month or 3 months thereafter.
Q. Can I change my order frequencies?
A. Yes! Log into your My Account Page and you can choose from 1, 2 or 3 month box shipments.
Q. Can I remove/update a saved payment?
A. Of course! You can make any changes to your billing info on your My Account Page.
Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. For subscription orders, all recurring charges are determined by your original sign up date and how frequently you wish to have the Breakfast Club Box delivered.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Once your 3-shipment minimum has been met, you will see the option to cancel in your My Account Page.
